Been having a break from #socialmedia 🧘🏼 Got my little niece Ella over for her birthday weekend so no time for other things 😂 Wonder how parents do🤔Have a fantastic day." How does the singer keep herself hot and healthy in her fifties? Here are 5 of her secrets.

Whigfield confessed to Daily Star that one of her secrets to staying young is that she "has a good plastic surgeon," admitting to having a boob and nose job and getting regular Botox treatments. "I do Botox basically twice a year, because I get this horrible wrinkle in the middle of my forehead," she said. And, as for her boob job: "Because in the 90s I didn't have any boobies, one day I was 39 and I went out of the shower and I saw my breasts, and they were just these small hanging things. And I thought, 'No we're going to do something about that.' So I had my breasts done, then I broke my nose so I had that done."

"Literally, I work out a lot," Whigfield told Daily Star. "Because I get bored really easily with whatever I do, I might do pilates one day – just following a course on YouTube – then another day I might go running, and another day I'll do weights and then go walking the next day. I try to mix it up as much as I can and if I don't feel like working out one day, I'm not going to do it. It has to be fun, you know? Mix it up a little bit because otherwise if you always do the same exercises you're not getting anywhere."

Another way Whigfield takes care of her mental and physical health? "I stopped drinking alcohol a few years back," she told Daily Star.

Whigfield also understands the importance of a nutritious diet. "I eat really healthy," she told Daily Star. "I truly try to live as green as I can."

Whigfield also understands the importance of rest. "I go to sleep at 10," she told Lorraine. What are the health benefits of sleep? According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.
